...so I guess it doesn't really count as my first post! This is now the worst first post in history.

But seriously, maybe you guys can help me figure out what I might have done wrong. I was working in Kinja last night, edited it several times and had my images placed in the post, then scheduled the post for this morning. I "saved as public", and then *poof*, it was gone.

I've gone into my drafts in private view, and nothing. My posts, nothing. Not really sure what I did wrong here, other than NOT SAVE IT IN MICROSOFT WORD or something simple that would have just let me repost it.

Thoughts?

As Public Enemy said: Can't Truss It.

Don't trust Kinja. You gotta save it to clipboard, Word, Notepad, whatever. I don't doubt anything you've said here.

Did you save it as Private? Or you just can't see it there at all? (Advice on doing it in Word, etc... is one worth heeding.)

I initially saved it as Private, and was able to see it in there and edit it. As soon as I saved it as Public (and changed the time to 10/21/14 @ 10:30am EDT), it was gone. I can't see it anywhere in private.

Thanks for confirming my fears...I definitely need to back this stuff up. Luckily I saved my edited images so I've just got to redo the writing bit.

My guess is you actually set the time in the future and it will show up in the past. In other words:
